Significant changes have been made in the project, including:

  • completely refactoring the core rexcrypt.c
  • adding new features
  • adding new comments
  • improving documentation
  • new tests & testing features
  • and more

All of this has been done without adjustment to versioning (because I am very bad at remembering), so this seems to warrant a rather significant version bump.
