• reorganization of functions
• additional functions for different process stages
• additional functions for different features
• reimplementation of features
• secure memory wipe added
• removed _XOPEN_SOURCE declaration which forced C99

fix(macro): removed _XOPEN_SOURCE declaration which forced C99 to enable use of explicit_bzero without warning 890344daa2
